Top Five RAW Episodes Before the End of 2011

[Writer's Note: No Smackdown Review this week. I was too busy today.]

WWE Monday Night RAW has been hard to watch lately. Too many boring shows and not enough interesting shows. Also, I think the lack of quality main event matches on RAW is hurting a lot too. If the main event doesn't sound interesting, people are not going to watch the entire show. I'm sure many WWE fans have thought about skipping RAW once in awhile. However, there are at least five RAW episodes left in 2011 that should be interesting.

1. Monday Night RAW in Atlanta, Georgia (October 31, 2011)

The Halloween episode of RAW is the "Muppets RAW". It should be a memorable RAW and hopefully not in a bad way. This is not quite something we would have seen during the "Attitude Era" when RAW was TV-14 but RAW has been so boring that I'm definitely interested in seeing what will happen when the Muppets invade RAW. I have no idea what to expect and that's what makes it so interesting. I liked the Muppets when I was a kid so this a must-watch RAW for me.

2.  Monday Night RAW in Boston, Massachusetts (November 14, 2011)

This should be one of the best or possibly the best RAW of 2011. It will be a three hour show with The Rock and Mick Foley. Also, it will be in Boston which has been a very good WWE crowd lately and it's the go-home RAW before Survivor Series. The WWE must have something special planned because there are not many three hour RAWs each year.

3. Monday Night RAW in Hershey, Pennsylvania (November 21, 2011)

This will be the first RAW after Survivor Series and Mick Foley is rumored to appear so it could be an interesting show.

4. Monday Night RAW in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (December 19, 2011)

Philadelphia, the former home of ECW, is one of the best wrestling cities in the United States. The Philadelphia RAW is also the first RAW after the TLC Pay-Per-View and it is where the road to the Royal Rumble will begin.

5. Monday Night RAW in Chicago, Illinois (December 26, 2011)

I am looking forward to this RAW episode the most because I watching it live in the Allstate Arena. Chicago has established themselves as arguably the best WWE crowd in the United States. This RAW will be the last RAW of 2011 and it will be CM Punk's first visit to the Allstate Arena in his hometown since he left the arena with the WWE Championship after defeating John Cena at the Money in the Bank PPV in July. Arguably the best RAW episode (the March 28 go-home show before Wrestlemania) and the best PPV (Money in the Bank) of 2011 happened in Chicago so expect a great show.

As bad as RAW has been recently, now is not the right time to stop watching RAW. There should be plenty of great RAW moments before the end of 2011.

  5. I had to lay off thousands of letters and numbers and other computer "characters" that were in my review. I heard they are trying to find work at Ray's site.
