RAW Comments (09/12/2011)

WWE Monday Night RAW was live from the Scotiabank Place in Ottawa, Ontario this week. Here are my RAW Comments.


I was not happy to see Bret Hart on RAW. I respect everything he has done for the WWE but it is time for him to stop showing up on RAW. Bret is unable to take bumps because he once had a stroke and his medical insurance providers have told him not to take bumps. Bret Hart was in the ring with Alberto Del Rio and it would have been great to see Del Rio beat up Bret Hart but Bret can't take bumps. Bret Hart was in a tag team match later on RAW and Bret won the match. I am so sick of Bret Hart that I didn't even watch the match. I don't think Bret has lost a match since his return in 2010. He has made guys like CM Punk, The Miz, and now Alberto Del Rio look bad. There is no way for someone to look good while Bret is in the ring so if Bret makes any more WWE appearances, he needs to be in the ring by himself. WWE Legends are supposed to be making the future look better. All Bret is doing is making people wish the WWE was more like the past but the past is never coming back.

The Miz and R-Truth cut another solid promo. Both of them need to continue promos every week on RAW. In my opinion, not enough WWE Superstars are making RAW enjoyable but those two are doing a great job.

The CM Punk and Triple H main event promo was good but it wasn't amazing. The best part of the promo was at the end when CM Punk tried breaking kayfabe by addressing Triple H by his real name but his microphone was shut off by someone backstage before he could finish his promo. The promo was most likely planned to end that way but CM Punk does a good job making you think that what he is saying might be real.

That's all of my RAW Comments. It was short but that's because RAW hasn't been good lately. CM Punk and Triple H are doing a great job and so are R-Truth and The Miz but more WWE Superstars need to start getting better and start making RAW better. Right now, RAW is a two hour show and only 25% of the show is enjoyable in my opinion. They need to get it up to 100% or at least over 50%.
